The department of Interventional Radiology utilizes multiple techniques including radiological image guidance, ultrasound, CT-computed tomography, X-ray fluoroscopy, and MRI - magnetic resonance imaging. Majority of Interventional Radiology procedures involve insertion of the needle in the skin and hence these procedures are often called pinhole surgeries.
