Dr. Nikhil Narayan Bante

Dr Nikhil Bante is an experienced Pulmonologist and an Intensivist with rigorous training from Safdarjang hospital and Apollo hospital, Delhi. He has keen interest in the care of critically ill patients with special focus on difficult to treat conditions such as ARDS, Septic shock and Poisonings. He has ACLS certification from the American Heart Association and has trained several young intensivists in handling difficult airway and bronchoscopic intubation. Having worked and refined his skills at several leading hospitals of Delhi, he shares his passion for achieving clinical excellence in patient care with his other team members. His other areas of special interest include performing advanced pulmonary procedures such as Endobronchial Ultrasound, Thoracoscopy, Percutaneous tracheostomy and ICU Bronchoscopies. His expertise and skill in safely performing these complex procedures makes him the “go to man” when faced with difficult situations. His clinical acumen and sharp sense of observation has often helped in clinching the correct diagnosis for the patients who are referred from far off places for evaluation. A strong leader, he is extremely good at resource management and usually becomes the favorite of his seniors, colleagues and juniors, wherever he works. A fitness enthusiast himself, his daily routine of exercise is a source of inspiration to both his patients as well as peers.
