Dr. Basabendra Choudhury is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Cardiology. He has completed his MBBS from Medical College Kolkata in the year 2010-11. Thereafter he completed his MD General Medicine from Gauhati Medical College in the year 2015. In 2019 he completed DM (Cardiology) from Medical College, Kolkata.
He has performed thousands of Angiography & Angioplasty procedures with special interest in acute coronary interventions. He also has good experience in implantation procedures with permanent pacemakers, ICD devices as well as percutaneous valve interventions like balloon mitral valvuloplasty. He is trained in basic diagnostic EP studies as well.
